My email client is not listed in your integrations, what can I do ?

There is a high likely-hood that you can use our manual "HTML File" or "Image File" formats.
In any case, please contact us so that we can investigate and document the best way for you to use FluidSign with your favorite email client !

Do you offer custom template design services ?

Yes ! If you're not happy with our selection of ready-made templates, we offer custom design services.
This service is quote-only, please feel free to get in touch to tell us more about your project.

A feature i need is missing, what can I do ?

What happens to my signatures when I cancel my subscription ?

After you cancel your subscription, all auto-sync features immediately stop working. A few days / weeks later we'll purge your assets from our content delivery networks. This means your existing signatures will stop showing pictures / images and other custom assets.
