1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of FluidSign's full set of services including our public website, our signature management software, all of our signature synchronization software (plugins, add-ins, etc), and any other material made available through these services.

Usage of FluidSign services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

By signing up for, or otherwise using, the FluidSign services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you must not use the FluidSign services or access any Content.

Service Provider

These Terms are between you and Galaxias - EI Simon Van Accoleyen, 25 Rue Docteur Horand, 69009 Lyon FRANCE. For the sake of simplicity Galaxias - EI Simon Van Accoleyen may be refered as "Galaxias" in the rest of this document.

2. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated frequently. Any new version will be made available on this page, with an updated date at the top. If you previously accepted the Terms, any new version becomes applicable to you in 30 days after date of publication. Your continued use of our services imply your consent.

3. Prohibited Behaviors and Activities

Below is a list of behaviors and activities which are against FluidSign Terms and may result in account termination. Breaking these Terms may also result in Legal Action if necessary.

When you access or use FluidSign services, you agree that you will not :

• Violate any law, rule or regulation

• Use FluidSign for illegal activities

• Interfere with or disrupt any FluidSign Service or any server or network used to support or provide a FluidSign Service, including any hacking, cracking, crawling, scraping or reverse-engineering one of FluidSign's Services.

• Upload illegal or copyrighted material

• Send SPAM emails with FluidSign Signatures or Services

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices

• Expose another user's credentials and personal information

4. Software

Some of our Services allow you to download client software which may update automatically. So long as you comply with these Terms, and have an active valid Subscription to our Services, we give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Software, solely for it's intended purpose. You agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the Services, attempt to do so ar assist anyone doing so.

5. Content Licensing

Galaxias does not claim ownership rights of your Content. You must have full rights to any Content your upload to FluidSign. Use of copyrighted content for which you do not have the rights is a breach of these Terms and will be removed.

6. Intellectual Property

Galaxias keeps ownership of all of it's Intellectual Property including : Logos, Content, Media, Scripts, Software and Source Code which are part FluidSign's Brand and Services.

7. Dispute Resolutions

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to, in good faith, try to resolve any disputes that could arise between you and Galaxias through arbitration. If you have a dispute, you agree to send details in writing to Galaxias and then arbitrate. You agree that any claim you bring against Galaxias is in your individual capacity.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the country of France. Further, you and Galaxias agree to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lyon, France.

9. Corrections

There may be information on the Services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability and various other information.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
